Interesting list. Don't get me wrong, though; I love Chaos Dwarfs and all but...some of those magic items seem a bit under-priced. Maybe I'm just not used to the newer armies.

Well they are looking for playtest feedback. If you field it and it doesn't fit your / your opponents expectations let them know!

Of course Kevin who is on this project has had more of his fan made rules published by GW than anyone I can think of (counting white dwarf only)

Oh, don't get me wrong! The list seems like it would be a ton of fun to field and fight against, there's just a few things in there that seem a bit overpowered.
I would love to playtest the army, if only I could ever get a Warhammer game in nowadays.

I don't usually like his work to be blunt. Including this book...
But then again I adore the current Chaos Dwarves ravening horde list and just want very slight update to that in the way of adding new units.
So I'm probably alone in that opinion. :lol:
Doesn't seem badly written though, shouldn't be too UP or OP and be easy enough to test.
