I've developed a "strategic concept" for tournament play based on my personal experiences . . . so mileage may vary :D I've found few games go a full 6 turns and I've even been involved in a number of tournament games which lasted as few as 4 turns. This gives shooting and magic fewer chances to be fully effective and is important to keep in mind when analyzing this "strategic concept".
In addition I think most games against good players generally comes down to 3 important combats, give or take. These combats often boil down to one on each flank and one or two more in the center, depending on the nature of the two armies and the style of their generals. Obviously it's important to have the right mix of support elements to give these fighting units the best chance possible, so some form of diverting baiting and psychological effects are a must.
With all that in mind I've developed a non-magic Warriors of Chaos list that depends on the whole being greater than the sum of it's parts. I'd ask anyone commenting to please keep those ideals in mind when giving your advise or critizisms - which I whole heartedly welcome ^_^ I think you'll find every unit is designed to work as a team with other units and very little is wasted in it's design.
One might argue the Hellcannon could be dropped in order to allow points for upgrading the Slaanesh Heroes to Tzeentch Disc Riders and I don't think I could argue to heavily other than to say I really like the Hellcannon model. I have two  Plus the Slaanesh Heroes make the Warrior units a real threat without them getting a Khorne upgrade. Something I'd never do to an infantry unit.

I'm not sure what your plan is, but are you aware that a Slaanesh hero in a nonmarked unit lose his immunity to fear, terror and panic? Personally I'd mark most of those units Slaanesh.

A hero, that is an exalted, may only have 25p of Gifts. So can't have both the Fury and the Roar, as those add up to 40p...
 Wow I haven't made that many single errors in a list in ages. Thanks for the corrections. It doesn't change the overall strategic concept except to make the Warriors and Marauders more dependable versus units that go boo :) Which obviously going to always be a factor in a tournament setting - so once again thanks.
I usually don't sweat Ld checks to often. In that vein of thought are there any better ways to go instead of with all those Marks I'm giving out?
