Title: Chariot Pursuing into impassable terrain
Lordy - October 17, 2009 07:30 PM (GMT)
What happens to a chariot if it pursues into impassable terrain? i know the rule book says you take D6 S6 hits if you go over difficult terrain or an obstacle but doesn't say anything about impassable.
I presume it takes D6 S6 hits aswell and stops when it hits the impassable terrain, or does it just stop before it without taking damagae?
Cheers.

Flee-ers are auto destroyed if they can't get around it. Pursuers would stop just as in a table edge scenario?

Just seems strange that it would stop for impassable terrain but not walls and difficult terrain.

Maybe, but everything else in the game does so chariot are no exception. :)

Update - found more about it. The pursuer stops at the impassible terrain (but can pursue off the table edge - not stopping - so the two are not similar).
I agree though - seems strange that a chariot can stop before running into a house, but not a tree.
