Wow this is the 1st time I know the complete set of Shock series. Never knew there are so many kind of shows! Make me really wanna watch these so baad..~~ Do they have the DVD version for all shows?
Hmmmm? How come in "Shock is A Real Shock" Koichi was casted by himself? :o Where's Tsubasa and Akiyama?
Thank's a lot for the info! :love2:
kimurafan - September 17, 2006 07:21 AM (GMT)
I'm not sure who else is in it. Probably the same crew.
At the moment I only see Endless Shock 2005 for sale and the Shock and Shock Digest of 2002, 2003.
http://us.yesasia.com/en/mc/-/CSprd1001834...pid-1002483696/http://us.yesasia.com/en/PrdDept.aspx/code...pid-1001834842/Does anyone else know where you could find other versions of SHOCK? I've seen some clips of 2002 Shock on youtbue and I wasn't that impressed. I like Endless Shock much better.

Mask...???? Gosh, I wish I knew more about this one. I haven't found any in depth info about it yet.
Did you come across Shock Digest too? I have that one. But I don't think it counts really so never mind. It's more like highlights I guess of all the Shock performances that came before. It's still fun to watch. Plus, there's some live performances not Shock related. It's good.
Endless Shock 2006? Really? Oh how cool!
I'd love to know if Shocking Shock is available on DVD anywhere. Probably not...
oey - September 17, 2006 11:22 AM (GMT)
Wow there'll be an Endless Shock 2006 DVD? Now should I reconsider pending to get Endless Shock 2005 DVD and wait for this one instead? :P
kimurafan - September 17, 2006 06:08 PM (GMT)
I'm not sure how much changed it is between 2005 and 2006. When the song list comes out, perhaps we could see.
But I'll get a copy when it is released and I would tell you the difference if you could wait. But Endless Shock 2005 was beautiful!!!
oey - September 18, 2006 02:08 PM (GMT)
Yes, please :D Thank you, kimurafan!
I wonder if Koichi will edit it himself like the last one ^^
HimeNoKuri - November 2, 2006 12:23 AM (GMT)
I wish I could get ES but I cant afford an all region dvd player nor the dvd itself :(
D.T. - November 3, 2006 02:59 AM (GMT)
Koichi is about to have another SHOCK show in 2007!!!!!!
It stars showing on Jan 6 to Feb 28.
Apparently, he's breaking his record of having 76 shows in two months (last year or smth) by doing 81 shows next year!!!!!!!! In the span of two months!!!! He really is amazing
I really really really want to go! I'm currently looking for ways of how to obtain tickets (they're rather hard to find since SHOCK is very popular) - Does anyone know how? Does anyone here want to go, too?
Celinity - November 3, 2006 03:55 PM (GMT)
D.T. If you're an overseas fan I think the best bet would be yahoo auction japan. Apparently we overseas fans are not exactly very welcomed to ballot for concert tickets or even to join the fan club. *shrugs*
D.T. - November 3, 2006 09:42 PM (GMT)
Yeah, that's what I'm betting all my luck on *crosses fingers*

HimeNoKuri - November 15, 2006 01:07 PM (GMT)
is it just me or does Koichi look like Inu Yasha in the next to last pic? LOL
kimurafan - November 15, 2006 03:47 PM (GMT)
I love that mangy fluffy wig. If he really has that hairdo in real life, it would be quite something as he walks down the street. I would have plenty of hair to bury my face in if we do something intimate.
But it is not Inu Yasha like because Inu Yasha's hair is not as fluffy and Inu Yasha cannot dance like our Koichi!  Can you imagine making it with an anime character? :laughing1: :laughing2:
Excuse me, underage readers....  Yeah, this is a mature board, btw....

HimeNoKuri - November 16, 2006 01:39 AM (GMT)
oooh yeah I would love to make it with Rurouni Kenshin!!!!! and to tell the truth Inu Yasha's not that bad lookin either!! LOL my first anime crush wass Mamoru from Sailor Moon LOL and then I fell dead for Helios who was pegasus in the dream mirror series! he was soo hott! and Nefphryte from series 1

What exactly is the story about Shock? I've watched the first part of I think Shock 2005? The one with Tsubasa Imai in it and I have no idea what's going on.................
kimurafan - November 18, 2006 06:00 AM (GMT)
Ah, yes, I have yet have time to watch the entire thing with Chinese subs. But basically, Aki's father left him with the care of his theatre company which unfortunately is not doing well. Koichi and Tsubasa tried to revive the company and they headed for Broadway. But all along, there is rivalry between the two for the limelight and the girl....
When I have time, I'll summarize it section by section....
kimurafan - November 23, 2006 01:05 AM (GMT)
Okay, okay, I found the clip where Koichi has that long white Inuyasha mane! It's from June 23, 2001 Popjam!
Here is the faster streaming video.

Injury and Apology of Koichi June 2002 SHOCK
In June 2002, Koichi started his third Shock and before the first show, during rehearsal, he twisted his ankle. In the first show at the final address, he shed tears. The speech was not included in the SHOCK 2003 official copy but the fan cam recorded yet. Here was the speech.
Today I want to thank everyone for coming. To be able to star on the stage of the Emperor Theatre, I’m very happy. Deep inside, I feel very grateful. Actually today when I was rehearsing, because of my mistake, I twisted my right ankle. Yee…it’s real. To cry on stage is the first time….(cries) It’s true. I’m not happy. But to be surrounded by the applause of everyone, it gave me great courage, to allow me to withstand it till the end .
To say such things on stage, I really feel dissatisfied to a great extent. Not to be able to let everyone see a 100% of my performance, I am not satisfied.
I want to let everyone to see a 100% performance. I am really very sorry. I am deeply sorry .
Receiving the warm applause from everyone has given me courage. The crew is all very united and without noticing, in my company, I have become a senpai. With the company we would strive forward until the last show. Today, I really thank everyone.

Celinity - November 23, 2006 08:53 AM (GMT)
Kimurafan are there any clips on the translation you did on Koichi crying on stage? By any chance would you know what date did that take place so I could maybe try and look for the fancam?
As we all know Koichi seldom cry on stage or in public. So I'm really very interested to see the clips... Not that I'm a sadist. But if there's anything that could make our ironman Koichi cry, it must be something really affecting... And I want to see the weak side of Koichi at times, not the strong front he puts up all the time.
Thanks alot!

Hi Sandra,
I'm here! I haven't check out other threads, but am instinctly drawn to SHOCK... *my fatal addiction* Anyway, just a minute correction to the cast in ES 2006, ABC boys are not in this time but MAD boys. :P
And you know that injury incident in 2002 is exactly what draws me to him. I would love to see the fancam if you have it, coz up to date, I haven't found it... :(
kimurafan - November 24, 2006 02:06 AM (GMT)
Celenity, Koichi was said to have cried three times in public.
24hrs
Generation Jungle January 2006 (which I have uploaded earlier)
2002 Shock
I've asked the fan who has translated the ending speech to see if she still has the clip and to upload it. If she's willing, we'll get to see it.
In the meantime, welcome, Elysia. I know you are busy with school but from time to time, come check on articles and photos for fun. It's an honor to have super Koichi fangirl here! :dance1: :dance1:
If it were not for Elysia, I wouldn't have started a Wretch blog with a KK focus and if not for that, this section would not have been set up!  She has influenced me as to how much fun it is to raze and drool over your favorite idols. Totally opposite to my previous moods in blogging.

At some point, youtube will be deleting all the Japanese clips I have been using and so I am rounding up all the sites that has public clips for your viewing.

http://www.im.tv/vlog/personal/404453/658262Tsuyoshi was guesting at Millenimum Shock and I suppose it caused such a stir that some criticized Tsuyoshi of stealing the limelight and therefore ever since, Tsuyoshi didn't appear on stage again. In a certain Donnamoya, Koichi felt that Tsuyoshi's non attendance since is an implicit move on Tsuyoshi's part to let Shock be Shock and when the audience leave, they leave with the impression of Shock and Koichi and not Kinki Kids.

w.r.t sandra's post on millenium shock - it's a pity that tsuyoshi got the backlash of appearing on his partner's show.. it's true that KK and their solo work should be separate, but wouldn't it be encouraging to know that each other is willing to help out too?
on to other things..
very happy to find out that next year's cast includes Toma (: I certainly hope Koichi doesn't over exert himself too much.. it seems both KinKi Kids tend to do it (or rather, a JE trait??) and it's worrying that they don't take care of their own bodies..

Sharing one of my "rare" old translations regarding SHOCK.
About restaging "Endless SHOCK"
There were a lot of conflicts with the jimusho regarding whether should we restage "Endless SHOCK" or "SHOCK" this time. I insisted about restaging "Endless SHOCK".
The reason to that was "SHOCK" before "Endless..." left a heavy Shonentai feel on it. Regarding "Endless...", I feel that I could finally proudly say "this is Domoto Koichi's work". That's why I said I think it's better not to change the subtitle.
On top of that, in relation to the meaning of "Endless...", in the story although Koichi died, he left a will to the company to continue the show...... it expresses this as well. It's better not to change so that things won't be so complicated.
"Endless..." was staged for 2 months in 2005. In 2006, it was staged for 2 months again. In a way, I think this is the answer.
In 2005, we said we would produce a new work, so we re-examined the story, changed the story and renewed it. The only common point is the story is still about a stage company, but compared to the previous story, 2005's story features a different atmosphere of the company. To change the story to such a large extent, it was really to me a great challenge. I'm saying this because "SHOCK" had the results of being restaged for countless times, as a piece of work, it was accepted by everyone, I suppose many people will still want to watch it. Which means, even if the story isn't changed, the audience will still come. Knowing this I still went ahead to change, this is really a big challenge.
That's why, I have already prepared myself to hear comments like "The previous one was better". Because human beings are living creatures that will hang onto what was already present. Things like favourite songs, favourite scenes, I know there are people who will feel lonely if they are absent. But I heard nothing of that sort. Only good comments are heard... The stuff that I believed in and did, maybe that was the answer returned to me.
If I remember right, in the past, I mentioned something like "it will be good if the previous "SHOCK" and "Endless SHOCK" can be staged in alternate years in the future". However most probably, I can't do the previous one anymore. I think I can no longer return to it. But it doesn't mean this is the answer. But to me, the previous "SHOCK" and "Endless SHOCK" are 2 different things.
When it became "Endless...", music, script, production, etc. there are parts which I took part in myself. To me, not changing the subtitle is not to mess up everything...... that's what I thought. That's what I told the jimusho and convinced them. If we changed it again here, the line between the work in 2005 and the previous work are different things will disappear. It will become a process that we just change for the sake of keep changing.
In 2006, with regards to the restaging, I'm pretty conservative. In a way. Erm, The word conservative is not really accurate...... Just that, there is definitely no such thing such as the perfect form, no such thing like perfection. That's where during the rehearsal under limited time we will try to improve...... the results can become evolution. There are many things we will notice when we do our rehearsals. Just that this time as we did our discussion, "Isn't it better to do this here?" kind of discussion went on, but when I stood back at the point of start, I think of why did we do that last year, the answer is already there. "It's like this here, that's why it's like this. And it can only be like this." "Ah, I see" kind of repeated discussion continued, there are times when we couldn't progress too. This in a way means that at that time, we did our rehearsals properly too.
But something that I don't want to be mistaken is, that is absolutely not compromising. Not compromising, but as long as it's possible we will try to get along (with each other's idea), to produce a better work. Isn't that what it is about creating a piece of art? A work continuation of where and how do we connect. That's why, like what I said just now, something like "100% perfection" is not present in this job, this is the area that I meant.
This will make people impatient? No... you see, F1 is also like that. Where and how we should adjust accordingly. For example, if we want to increase the straight speed, we can just rest the flap so that the air friction can reduce right? But if we do that, when we are approaching a curve, we won't be able to turn properly. That's why it's about where and how we can maintain a balance. If we just increase the straight top speed, we won't be able to increase the wraptime. To increase the wraptime, we have to kill the straight speed, to make sure we can turn properly and increase the curve speed. We have to create a car like this, in this way, the overall results will be better. I really hate using F1 as an example, but it is really the case. There are times when we don't want to kill the best parts, that's why the other parts will have to adjust accordingly. In the production of "Endless...", there are so many parts that I insisted about. It will be never-ending if I were to talk about it. That's where we had our discussion thoroughly.
Whether this will be the last SHOCK or maybe I will be doing a new musical. I know there are a lot of people who are concerned about this announcement. But I haven't thought of things that are so ahead in time. In comparison, "Endless SHOCK" this time is more important. I will work with the everyone in the company to produce a musical that can answer to the name of the "platinum ticket".

kimurafan - November 26, 2006 05:52 AM (GMT)
Thank you, Elysia. I didn't see this translation before. He does indeed put a lot of thoughts into how to continue the production. His mind must be working non-stop at the moment for this coming Shock. :love4:
aphryn - November 26, 2006 06:49 AM (GMT)
i've always wondered what the difference was.. and how each SHOCK differs from each other. thanks for explaining. and it's very Koichi to relate things back to F1 isn't it? :)
he's a real hard worker, and i hope that everyone knows and gives him the respect that he deserves!
katherine - November 30, 2006 08:04 AM (GMT)
Thanks for the translation! I don't know why but I thought Endless Shock was just a name for the next Shock musical, I think I just thought it was something like Shock-part 5, so this helps!
I've watched a bit more and I wasn't expecting "blood" so that was a bit of a shock XD And something that looked like Romeo and Juliet, though I didn't figure that out until the she-dies/he-dies/she-wakes up/she-dies thing, and the frame that Koichi looks at later that says Romeo and Juliet :)

The new female lead for SHOCK 2007 is 松本まりか Marika Matsumoto.

She has just finished the Cat in the Red Boots musical as female lead. Had dubbed for Final Fantasy X and X-2 Rikku's parts. Koichi is said to like Final Fantasy X video game a lot.
She was supposedly to have been in Nagase's work 真夜中の弥次さん喜多さん.

Lots of pix of her here.
http://images.google.com/images?hl=en&q=Ma...F-8&sa=N&tab=wihttp://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Marika_MatsumotoHmmm, she was in Tiger and Dragon??? Can't remember her....the shop assistant for Junichi?
tarepanda - January 1, 2007 05:15 PM (GMT)
Hmmm... the new female lead looks okay. Hopefully, she pulls off a good performance.
Tiger and Dragon? No, no way can she be the shop assistant of Junichi's because that's Aoi Yuu.. seriously, never seen or heard of her before. Not a fellower of FF stuff..
Thanks for the information!
xhakkaxcandyx - January 1, 2007 05:21 PM (GMT)
ooohhh I didn't know she did voice dub for FF... (I hardly ever read the back credits of the game tho haha) That's cool tho she voiced over one of my favorate female characters of that game. ^-^
Hope her and Koichi work well together this year, 'cause I'm planning to buy dvd. :D

Elysia,
Are you tracking Toma's J-web diary and are you translating it?
Here are the first entries. Toma will continue to update his entries until the end of SHOCK.
These are not word for word. I skip sentences when it is not SHOCK related or about people or things that I don't know what he is talking about.
Nov 24, 2006
Toma wrote that Hana Dori hasn’t ended but he has the script already. He hopes that what he learnt during these 4 years that he had been away from SHOCK would help him.
Nov 26, 2006
I was in Kisarazu, for the outdoor scenes for Hana. From noon I started work and after rehearsing a bit, I waited till evening. Very leisurely.
After the outdoor scenes, I had to go to SHOCK’s rehearsals. Till what time? Well, it’s for producing a good piece of work. Not too difficult. I don’t feel it’s too difficult.
To commemorate such a busy shooting day, give you a present.
(Pix of shock DVD and hana manga or script)

Today is SHOCK’s program shoot. Then after that it’s rehearsals. Now rehearsing with MA. Aki is not there ….why is he not there? After shooting, he went over first. I say MA is too good with keeping beats. (laugh)
Ah, Shingo begins to have a feel for it
Ah, Yara begins to sing
Ah, Tsuyoshi is head bobbing
Ah, Akki?
Akki is not here.
Nov 29, 2006
I’m being interviewed at the moment. It’s Top Stage and Look At Star. Yesterday’s rehearsal is basically on the drama parts. We sat around the table and partly change the script, say it once. If it doesn’t feel right, then we discuss and then we say it again. Then we get into position a bit…like that.
In the past stage plays I didn’t have such experience so it is rather refreshing experience. It’s quite exaggerated. In some sense it feels like school atmosphere. But as schoolish as it is, it’s quite an incredible thing.
Then I have to go visit the practice hall at (somewhere). Because I heard that is where Mr. A and B’s action choreographing area. Need to study them. Ah? My goal is not to go there to drink. Really! I am telling the truth, the truth, the truth.
Ciao.
Dec 1, 2006
Yesterday in one go, almost did the entire rehearsal of all the action so my head is bursting and my arms are sore and weak…
Then today it’s dance rehearsal. I have to work hard.
Right!
At the Emperor theater I saw Miss….
She was there…..
Dancers are all overwhelmed.
The one who could digest it all is only me alone!
Ah! My relationship with Koichi san is very good.
Koichi san, next rest time, what kind of gathering should we have? I myself am eagerly looking forward to it.
Ciao
Dec 2, 2006
Yesterday rehearsing with MA only took 4 hours. All the dance steps are created.
This group of monsters…laugh
In order not to fall behind, I strove to remember all 6 songs.
My head hurts. My brain plasma already tells me that I can’t go on…ah!
Yesterday it was the first scene. So today it should be the second scene.
Talking about it, it seems that yesterday’s steps have already been forgotten…laughs
Ciao
Dec 4, 2006
Today’s weather is very good. The rehearsal area has been lit by sunshine and it felt good. Yesterday while resting, went for a meal with MA. This is the best. This is MISS CHOICE type …after talking nonsense, it feels good.
Today I have to work hard. Right.
Ciao
Dec 5, 2006
Today is interview, then there’s rehearsals after that. Today is another long day.
That’s right, that’s right. As for me, suddenly I have decided to do a Japanese dance in SHOCK. Today it’s that rehearsal.
Actually earlier on, I had wanted to learn. Now I have the chance, I really feel happy. Yee. Then I had to the drums. Thanks to that, my hands hurt now…
I beated and beated and now I don’t know what I was beating and which part to start. Beginning to be confused. Then Shingo kun has not yet perfected it. (laughs)
Akki should be the first one to memorize it.
Ah, right right…now I’m considering to do a design of some sort with MA on Johnny’s Web. Pls look forward to it.
Ciao
Dec 9, 2006
…..
Let’s change the subject. Today it’s already volume 100 (of the j web entries) I have written so much already. Right, right. Even though I thought to end it in January but because of SHOCK and it wouldn’t end till Feb, so I decided to extend it. Until SHOCK ends, I would keep writing.
Then ciao.
Dec 14, 2006
In my brain I still want to eat hot pot meat.
Yesterday at rest time I was eating tan tan noodles with brother Koichi. I sweated a little. Seems like everyone is passionate about lunch these days? Today also would be a long day. I would work hard.
Ciao
Dec 15, 2006
Yesterday I practiced till late at night.
Then to comfort everyone who is tired, Koichi kun played a very interesting CD at the rehearsal studio. It’s the manager of Kinki singing Mr. Children. And it is very rare occurrence of not being in pitch…very funny!
Apart from this, he also let us listen to his other precious music collection.
Yamashita Tatsuro singing硝子の少年 Glass youth. That’s very precious.
It has never been released in CD. Super cool. I really wanted him to burn me a copy. Then next time I’d give it a try.
Ciao
Dec 18, 2006
Why is it so cold today? Scary! Ah! I am not used to winter. For me who wears very little, cold is my enemy. Even though I was born in Hokkaido, it still doesn’t work.
SHOCK is only one month away. There are still a lot a lot to do.
Ah…ganbatte
Ah…very cold
Ah…ganbatte

Something happened at the rehearsal studio.
Outside the rehearsal area is a piece of empty land for us all to rest. There is a bucket over there with a bit of water for us to extinguish our cigarettes. I was talking with Akki there. Then a dancer tipped it over and the whole bucket fell over my and Akki’s feet. We screamed. “Wu Wa ah ah ah “ like that.
Excuse me, I laughed uproariously because on Akki’s foot were also 2 and 3 cigarette butts. Then afterwards, we rehearsed. Whenever Akki moved, there’s squishing sound. Excuse me, Akki, I laughed at you. Hahaha.

All shooting is completed! Hana 2!
Without noticing, these 2 months, surprisingly long. But because we get along and I meet such nice people. Please look forward to it being ON AIR!
So now have to focus on SHOCK. From today onwards, the foreign dancers would come too. At such times, really want to speak in English but I didn’t really learn it. Ah ah , who could give me an instant English speaking brain!
Also, earlier I wrote about the design with MA, it would start on Dec 25!
Forbidden ToMA Goto
『禁断のトMAゴト』!
As for details, they would be coming soon. Please you have to have to look at it.

Yesterday, I and the dance instructor chatted away.
Teacher said, “You all could remember the dance steps at unusually fast speed. Even if it is professional dancers, it’s not so fast. I’m afraid you could be considered the world’s no. 1”
Because I was told to be world’s no. 1, so I am happy to write it here. (laughs)
But he also pointed out a foreign dancer, “He and you are almost as fast. Apart from you too, there is also one more person who is equally fast.”
I feel that you can’t judge a person by impression. When getting along with a person..yee…don’t know why it became a serious topic.
Aiya…that person, among the foreign dancers, one could do the Back Street Boys dance. So that’s why I became very energetic. Should I ask him to teach me?
Ah! Really want to speak English…ah ah…

During free time yesterday, I was dancing with swoop who always do the backs (BSB) dance. He taught me the dance! Ah! Very cool! And also very difficult.
When I was learning, I was in between communicating and so I was really happy. Plain words like don, pan, bun….that type but it could be part of the speech.
Then I have to work hard today!

Yesterday, So and so came to the rehearsal area to play. Then it’s the first time we had a full rehearsal.
It seems like everyone could feel the pressure. It was a very nervous rehearsal. After it finished, went dinner with someone敦啓君. Talked about many things. Akki came in the middle of it. We talked for a long time about msuicals and other subjects. After 0.00, Christmas Eve ready to end…don’t know why, went to
敦啓君’s house. In the end, said Merry Christmas and we toasted.
Don’t know what happened!
I am now going to watch a stage play. Good bye!

Koichi kun and MA came back from Osaka. From today onwards we would rehearse together again. All singlemindedly. From the day of performance there’s only one week! Have to work hard. Have to know all the fine details.
Have everyone bought the tickets? No matter what, this is a show that is the hardest to get tickets for. I think it should be very difficult but please you all have to work hard to come watch.
But…
Really it’s very difficult…
Good, even though this is quite sudden, but please look at the photo album
Yeah !yeah!
Yesterday in the heavy rain, I casually took a couple of pix of the street. The title is “Even in the rain has to go forward”
Please look.

Yesterday because of some unexpected matter, it became like a forgetful party.
The members are shingo, 敦啓君, Koichi kun, Akki and me.
Mr. 植草 prepared Pasta for us. That was very very tasty. Akki asked a few times how to make it. Then I want to post the pasta photo here today but when I took the camera, 敦啓君 was doing exactly the same thing as I was!
Then, said, “let’s see who could take a photo to show it to be tastier”. Isn’t that fun. In the end, I don’t know why I became very serious in taking the photo. This is what I took.
To be honest, I was eating it and didn’t really have the confidence that it would come out well in photos. (laugh)
Please go to敦啓君’s page to compare it.
But still it was very tasty. Not just normal tasty! Thank you for your hospitality Mr. 植草.

Sandra,
Nope, I can't get Toma's Jweb except for bits of Chinese translation my Toma-fan friend would send me sometimes. Toma is really such an adorable boy, isn't he? I hope he invites Koichi and MA more to meals... Glad they are having fun at the rehearsals. I keep track of some recent Toma articles because I know he will be talking about SHOCK very often now... and true enough he is.
Just one particular article I read talks about how Koichi was staying back to teach Toma after the rehearsals... I was like ahhh... here Koichi goes again. He stayed back to teach Ryo back then too. He made Toma watched the 05, 06 SHOCK videos and asked Toma for opinions about his role. Toma then mailed Koichi asking him when he would be free to talk, surprisingly Koichi replied saying just make it simple and mail me at once. After Toma mailed him a pretty long mail regarding his opinions, 2 hours later, Koichi mailed back with a terribly long reply. :ph43r: It made Toma feel the passion and effort Koichi puts in SHOCK and Toma wants to work really hard for it too.
I was really touched reading this coz we all know Koichi don't like to mail people on his mobile phone... and the fact that he feels like he has no time to lose and Toma has to mail his opinions rightaway and that he could actually respond back in mail is really amazing to me. Feels like no matter where, Koichi can tune to his SHOCK mode.
First show starting today... I pray for no injurires, no worsening of health (Koichi went for drip last year coz he was feeling so unwell 2 times) and everyone in the SHOCK company can enjoy themselves to the fullest even though it's such a hard musical. I wish I can be there to feel the power this time, but nope, I'll give my blessings from where I am now. :love7: 81 shows is no easy feat with a close to 4 hour long play each day (or sometimes twice a day). Koichi better don't end up like the KOUICHI in the show... *touchwood* Again I'm glad that he has MA with him... and Toma + Marika-chan and the dancers to give him new chemistry and support.
All the best, SHOCK company... and Good Luck!!

Yes, definitely, wishing SHOCK successful and Koichi enjoying himself.
But 4 hours per show is a lot, and 2 shows a day is draining!!
Why does JE pack so much so tightly? To break a record or there's no more vacant slots for JE at the Emperor Theatre.
Pls keep us posted on Shock developments!
Why don't they talk on the phone instead of mailing each other? I hope it's by email at the computer and not punching number pad on the mobile phone.
Just translating those Toma entries gave me a glimpse of how Koichi can organize and direct the atmosphere of his company. A very capable man!
Sigh...he should be the head of JE!
