Yes that is how the title is spelled..lol. I just don't how to pronouced it!!! :rolleyes: But anyway, yeah so i watch this moive today. It has to be one of my favorities. Kinda a sad story though.

It's a true story about 4 women in the mid 60's who get sent off to this Irish convent. They are sent there and basically tourchured i mean the nuns would beat the crap out of them and everything. Of course that's what happen back then when you were sent off. The catholic nuns would do horrible things to you. But it is a good movie, i'd recommend getting it. There are some funny parts to it.

sure have seen it .... it was sad and disturbing though to think people would do that .... the catholic religion has so many downsides to it .... not the religion ... just how people act in it.

the one thing that got me though was when one of the girls got rape and SHE was the one who sin and had to be sent away. Her family banned her and everything :angry: I'm like what the hell :( that is soo sad, and that really happen too!!

But again that's how things were run back then. My mom's b/f was raise by nuns and he said they are the cruliest people he has ever know. He doesn't like to talk about it. But he has said he was beated and had some pretty bad stuff happen to him. soo sad :(
