So I'm stressed out over basically everything in my life right now. what about you guys. <_<

im kinda stressed since about a month ago i spent some time in the hospital and i dont have health insurance which = big hospital bills that i cant pay..... for now.... til i sell my car and work my ass off for a year.

Seems like I've been stressed out for the past 5 or 6 months over lots of stuff. Last month it was my car accident, right now it's Anna cause she's started having seizures again :(

aww I'm sorry, it's hard to watch someone go through that. My dog gets them and it's not pleasant. Is there meds she can take for it?

I'm trying to break out of the negativity that's been going around and the weather is really getting better, I switched cell phone plans so don't have to worry about prepaid crap anymore, my mom is on sick leave, and I'm wondering how long that will last LOL. She can't stay home for very long ;) And yeah, I'm trying out a new job tomorrow...did I tell you guys? It's in the fashion industry, so I get to modify clothing in photoshop for clients...it seems ok. But I also got a job offer where I'm at so....I don't know what to do :huh: bah!

She already takes medicine, but it doesn't seem to be working very well anymore.

Right now I'm frustrated with Local 83. I just re-joined, but when I try to log in it says my account is invalid :angry:

I wish I was seeing Mayer again but it doesn't look too good. he never comes to montreal on smaller tours, I really don't know why...

Anna's still having lots of auras all day long, the feeling that she's about to have a seizure. She's writing them down when they happen, so we can tell the doctor. Happy news is that we bought her a prom dress today! They had an incredible sale at Penney's, plus I had an extra discount which took the price down to $62 (regular price was $180). We are smart shoppers :D

nice!! wow prom dress already? damnnnn. not the senior one right? over here we only have the senior prom, no junior high stuff.

we took my mom to the hospital this morning and she got evaluated by a psychiatrist, and apparently the meds she was taking were as effective as a glass of water <_< so new meds and they are supposed to make her sleep 12 hour nights for a while. I hope it works, I almost feel like sleeping in the basement so i dont hear all the noise :angry:

It's the senior prom! Anna is just in 10th grade, but she's going because her boyfriend is a senior :)

I sure hope the new meds help your mom. I think Anna might need new meds. She actually wants to go in the hospital to get her brain checked out, so we can find out if these are really seizures that she's been having. I'm gonna talk to the doctor again tomorrow and try to figure out what to do.

hope she finds some better meds :) my mother slept last night for a while! she is less sleepy today but hopefully she will sleep again.

I'm gonna talk to my boss about salary and stuff tomorrow *crosses fingers*

My mom didn't sleep at all last night, her birthday was yesterday, and it finally hit her that my brother is actually leaving, moving his family to LA. She's really sad, and was sobbing on the phone to me this morning, and I didn't know how to help her.

aww :/ yeah, dont let her get to that point where she is depressed, my advice is tell her not to worry and help her get her mind cleared!

That's good advice, maybe if I help her find something else to focus on, like cleaning up and planting her flower gardens, she won't worry so much about my brother, and she'll feel better!

yeah try it and see :) Its all these little things that get us down and then we tend to just explode like my mom did. my dad isn't so happy either with everything thats going on, he is treating me like I'm 15 today. he said I couldn't get on the computer anymore if I didn't ask if my mom needed help when I get home? That's not something you tell a 24 year old, and its definitely not necessary either....I don't understand why he would say that.

Stress, I'm sure it's affecting your dad too.

They want Anna to go into the hospital again to get an EEG because they probably need to change her meds. I was doing a lot of reading today about B vitamins and Omega-3 oils helping seizures and now I want to try that...it may not work, but I don't think it will hurt, and I'd like to try it before she gets a different medicine, some of the meds have really scary side effects, like increasing suicide risk :(

aww, yeah natural meds are good, just be aware that they take forever to work. my parents are into that.
as for the side effects, keep an eye out to see if her behavior changes and have a plan to get to the docs...health stuff is really demanding sometimes :/ Im learning that the hard way!

So anyway, my cat is dying :( He's been going downhill for a few weeks now, hardly eating. I expect him to go any day now, he just sleeps in his basket all day, won't even drink water anymore when I try to get him to drink. He's almost 19, a good long life for a cat, but it's hard. And I'm wondering if I should take him and have him put to sleep. Tim doesn't want to, he doesn't seem to be in pain. Tim is out of town til Wednesday and I don't want to do it without him here so I guess we'll just wait.

I'm sorry about that :( When my dog got really sick, I was okay with the sleep thing (he actually got over it though) But I think if they are suffering it's the best thing, its stressful for you and the animal.

I think Tim is holding out hope that he'll recover, but it seems pretty obvious that this is the end. He's too weak to go to the litterbox, but if I take him to it, he uses it. That actually surprises me, since he's had almost nothing to drink the past couple days. I'm sure he's really dehydrated, I just hope he's not suffering :(

Our cat is still alive....I hope he's not in pain, he doesn't seem to be.

And Anna is going to the hospital next week, Wed.-Fri., to be monitored to see if she needs new medicine.

Been doing alot of shopping...yesterday I got one pair of shorts, one of capris, three tops, some of my last year's clothes is a bit loose. today I got new shoes and socks yayyy. been spending time with mom...this is like a vacation LOL. plus the weather is amazing, but next week is gonna rain I think. blah, alot of things are getting fixed around here, not everything, but some things.

My kitty died last night...I knew he couldn't have much time left, cause he was refusing to drink any water all week. We have to have a little funeral tonight when Tim gets home.
RIP Buddy, you were a good friend for 18 years.

Thanks, Dora. We buried him in the yard today. The kids were sad, but not too bad. Tim really misses him, Buddy sat on his lap every night while he watched tv. I guess we'll get another cat but not right away.

awww. yeah, thats going to be an issue here. my mother will want another dog when ours goes, but my dad doesnt. gotta be willing to take the pain with the love I guess :/

That'd be awesome to see Coldplay :) KT Tunstall tickets went on sale a couple days ago but I haven't bought mine yet. She's gonna be at the House of Blues again, which I'm excited about because I saw her there 2 years ago, and it's a really nice, small venue.
