Title: Twilight

Alright I'm a new fan here lol, I only started reading the first book last week, and finished THIS MORNING. Right on time to watch the movie, cause I don't usually have time during weeknights:)

I don't usually have very long reviews about movies but I loved:

- the baseball scene gahhhhhh
- the landscapes, beautiful
- > is that a spoiler?...................the last scene omg. *dies*

It was kind of teenager-ized in general but still had some very well made scenes. Onto the next book :D

Anna also just read the book this past week, and now wants me to read it. I haven't had time to start it yet, so her dad's reading it. He just started yesterday and is almost done  I'll try to read it this week so we can go see the movie together :)

aww nooooo I need another movie, hell I need them all :D *runs away*
Yeah but I know its pretty insane with the teenagers, I just ignore them lol

TheFutureMrs.JohnMayer - November 30, 2008 06:46 PM (GMT)
well see, thats the sad thing, its not just teenagers..
my boyfriend's 30 year old cousin is married with a kid, and still believes that edward is her "boyfriend".
its pretty scary how many girls are in love with a fictional sparkling vampire... and how far they are willing to go to make it known.. thats why im over it, the fanbase has really overkilled this whole thing...

again, thats just me though.

LOL damn. does the husband mind? :D Edward is cute though. Not my type but cute *whistles*

TheFutureMrs.JohnMayer - November 30, 2008 09:05 PM (GMT)
lol i havent met him yet, but i wouldnt be too happy if my spouse was suddenly in love with a fictional teenage boy..

sigh.. to each his/her own, i guess.

No kidding it's addicting...Anna is frustrated cause all the stores we checked in the past few days are out of the second book. I haven't been to an actual bookstore yet, I might stop at one tomorrow to get it for her.

Kinda funny comment related to Hil's last post:
When my hubby was talking to Anna's boyfriend about reading the book he said, "It's not too bad...but I think I'm falling in love with Edward."
I hope he was just joking lol

I get what you're talking about with the fans, Hil. Anna was resisting reading the books for a long time because she didn't like how obsessed her friends were, now she's one of them

Yes, I had the same problem with the same book! LOL. I was so mad. If you just go to chapters/indigo they have tons of copies of all of them.

Wow better keep an eye on your husband ;)

Yeah I was iffy about reading it at first too, but I'm not that into Edward, I mean he's great but I actually find Carlisle inspiring.
