Title: Bring it...
Description: [p] Serchan
Methos - November 7, 2007 02:30 AM (GMT)
He stood in the middle of the ring, waiting for his oppenant to arrive. He had began to ready himself, checking that his blade was keen and sharp and he had arrows in his quiver. He tested the string on his bow and had placed his robes off to the side. He wore some simple black pants with a sleevless shirt that clung to his mucsles.
He began to lossen himself up, swing his blade slowly and drawing the bow back farther that the limit. He nerves realesed pleasant plangs as he did this, making his blood flow quickly along the stream. He sat down afterwards, sheathing all of his weapons and waiting for this man to come.
'Hurry up...' He was thinking bitterly as he looked into the sandy ground below him.
Serchan Ravenfeeder - November 7, 2007 03:12 AM (GMT)
"Methos!" Serchan yells from the air his bowstring drawn back and a fire arrow aimed at the man in the arena. "Have more faith in me than that please." Serchan lands and putts the bow to the side of the arena. "How about we go for something a little less cowardley?" Serchan draws his daggers, waiting for Methos to draw his sword.
Methos - November 7, 2007 09:03 PM (GMT)
"Only bowmen who hide are cowards." He said, drawing his blade. They would start this evening with some sowrd play. Good. He needed the exersize. He placed his sword infront of him and bowed from the waist. He didn't go far, just far enough to were he saw Serchan with his perseptional vision.
He waited in silence for the first move. If this guy even twitched a muscle, he would begin. He had it planned out in his head how he would go about this. He had already slightly shifted his weight to the balls of his feet, reading him for fast movement in any direction. He smirked and strainted out his back, waiting.
Serchan Ravenfeeder - November 7, 2007 09:23 PM (GMT)
Serchan noticed the muscular man shift his weight and tense. Serchan's daggers were as sharp as a Raven's talon, and he can strike faster than a Raven can dive. "Methos, this is going to be a fair fight? I can only hope so." Serchan stood with arms out as if in flight, knees bent and ready to spring. "Time to go?" Serchan moved a bit to the right. Then back to the left, shifting his weight. Serchan's daggers turn slow circles in the air as his wrists slowly rotates them.
Methos - November 7, 2007 09:28 PM (GMT)
He lunged at him the sword pointed at his chest. He feinted back as soon a he touched ground, leaving the space were he was empty. No real point in doing it, rather than seeing how fast he would react. When he landed he stood up and looked at his enemy.
By now all that guided him was primal instinct with a brain, something he had long ago locked away. It grew when he was angry, sad or defeted. It was his enemy and he would let it fight for him.
He ran forwards and slashed at Serchan, aiming for the shoulder with a diagonal cut, following with an over head slash. After linking many cuts and slashes together he jumped back to see how his oppenant fared.
Serchan Ravenfeeder - November 7, 2007 09:44 PM (GMT)
Serchan's steel hard wings and sharp feathers whirled and twisted as to block Methos' attacks. Even so not all of them were stopped. Serchan's arms never moved during this small display of fighting prowiss. "Good" Serchan's body showed no signs of ever being cut. "My turn" Serchan lunges at Methos whiping his blades over skin that is taunt over muscle. Serchan doesn't cut into the flesh but meerly brushes the skin with the flats of the daggers. "If I can get you like that, I can cut you any time." Serchan stands up, back streight, pointing his daggers at the ground. "Let's play" Serchan bows and stands ready once more.
Methos - November 7, 2007 09:53 PM (GMT)
He lashed out with animalism. He tackled Serchan into the ground sheathing his blade. On the way down, he planted his foot square in his chest, landing on him. He rolled forward and stayed back facing his enemy. He wouyld wait for him to take advantage of the openess. If he did, bad things were going to happen, and not just for Methos. Hes done this many times, and would do it again.
"Come here little bird..." He cooed. Normaly he wouldn't have said it but he was not he anymore. He was It.
Serchan Ravenfeeder - November 7, 2007 10:07 PM (GMT)
Serchan kept a hold of Methos' foot as he rolled, jumping off of the muscular leg as it gets vertical. Serchan jumps in the air sheathing his daggers behind his back once more. Landing behind Methos Serchan punches him in the back with both fists. "Now this is fun!" Serchan was teasing Methos hoping to get him madder and madder to provoke a better fight. Although Serchan can't go full out on this mortal for fear of killing him he can fight with his fists.
Leon - November 7, 2007 10:17 PM (GMT)
Leon had arrived at the ring later than he espected but he arrived. "Yall aren't having to much fun without me?!" Leon screamed so Methos and Serchan would break up for just a second. Leon walked with his scythe as if it was a walking stick. Leon took a deep breathe then weilded his scythe as a wepon and slowly walked towards Serchan and Methos. When Leon met up to them and waited in defense position.
Serchan Ravenfeeder - November 7, 2007 10:23 PM (GMT)
Serchan backed away from Methos and looked at Leon. Serchan pulled out his daggers and pointed then at the other two people in the arena. "Need I remind you of the beating you took at my hands erlier?" Serchan asked Leon. "Methos this battle will be a three way? Leon how about ever man for himself?" Serchan liked this idea....He had the image of himself, Methos and Leon in the middle of a clash of wepons. Serchan smiled once again. "This could be interesting"
Leon - November 8, 2007 12:00 PM (GMT)
Leon started to laugh then said "I'm up for a fight! Team member or not i wanna fight something!" Leon was ready to fight, he would much rather a team member, but it didn't matter that much knowing that Serchan and Methos could attack at any second. So he had to stay alert and ready to make a counter attack when the time was perfect. "Time is the esience of my attacks. If they give me no time then i probaly will stay in defense until they attack one another." Leon thought to himself.
Methos - November 8, 2007 08:50 PM (GMT)
While Serchan distracted himself with Leon, Methos took the inisative. He rabbit kicked him in the side of the face, hitting him with enough force to break stone. Apon landing on the ground. He bounded to the left, ramming his shoulder into Leon. He was nicked on the side of the face with the sythe he held, making a long cut mark.
He flipped backwatds and landed on his feet looking at both of them. "If the mortal wished it, let him join." He said with a grin, waiting for someone to move.
Serchan Ravenfeeder - November 9, 2007 12:55 AM (GMT)
The kick to the face barely mover Serchan, he was expecting something like it. Serchan saw the blood, this showed that Methos wasn't as agile as he thought he was. Serchan lunged at methose punching him with enough force to topple a giant. "Leon, be careful he will not go easy on you." Serchan got himself ready for another attack from Methos, always keeping at least some attention on Leon.
Leon - November 9, 2007 02:16 AM (GMT)
As Methos' should went into Leon's stomach he realized it was officcal that Methos wasn't on his team. Leon caught his breathe then got ready to fight, but just as he got ready he coughed out blood into his hands. Leon looked Methos in the eyes and smiled. "So I guess that I'll have to try harder." Leon said as he remember when Serchan told him to go better when they spared. Leon thought of this as fight where he could prove himself to Serchan and get a few licks on Methos as well as teaching him how much he could do.
Methos - November 11, 2007 10:36 PM (GMT)
No time to stop. He wasn't him. The punch that hit him seemed off distant. He took it in and nothing was felt. All there was, was the primal instincit. One that flowed through every living thing, immortal or not. Rage aided it. The willingness to live, to rebel, to make everything the way they saw it should be. And he was about to start because he hadn't.
Pulling out his bow, he stringing and arrow and didn't fire it at them. He shot the arrow, slightly twisting his wrist. The arrow would zoom past Leon, but curve in enough time to thud in the wall behind him. He sheather the bow and yanked his sword from the case, charging the mortal.
At the last second, when the blade was about to smash through the skin of Leon, he kicked off in the other direction. He put his foot in Serchan's groin and kicked off, sailing backwards level with the ground. He shifted his weight in the air and landed on his feet. He felt the aching cries of his bones and mucsels, screaming at him, but he did not listen. He would go until he would fight in his sleep.
Serchan Ravenfeeder - November 12, 2007 01:29 AM (GMT)
Serchan watched as Methos shot an arrow that curved away frm Leon. Serchan was ready for his turn and it came after Methos charged Leon. Methos' foot went to his groin os serchan stepped to his right and the Fallen Angel used his leg as a spring board.
Serchan used the same trick he used on Leon. Serchan's wings began to flutter as he charged towards Methos getting just close enough to slide his dagger against the Fallen's skin.
Methos - November 12, 2007 01:36 AM (GMT)
He pushed back with his legs, getting well away from Serchan. He had flown at him, knife about to be plunged into his skin. He looked up and charged behind him. Using the hilt of his sword and gripping the blade, he swung it down, the finger gaurd of the blade smashing between the shoulder blades of his oppenant.
He kicked back off the ground again, flying away. He landed on his feet, sword infront of him like a spike, just incase of some type retaliation. He glanced at Leon and then back to Serchan. He anticipated he next attack, muscles tightning.
Serchan Ravenfeeder - November 12, 2007 01:41 AM (GMT)
Serchan's attack was met by a finger gaurd between the shoulder-blades. The Immortal's raflexes were sharp, just before Serchan hit the ground he created an "Other World Door" to break his fall. Serchan went to the other world, a carbon copy of your own, and created a second door to pass back to this world. Serchan re-serfaced behind Metho's driving the points of his daggers into Methos' back.
Leon - November 12, 2007 03:00 AM (GMT)
As Serchan and Methos fought, all he could do was stand there and watch. Leon caught his breathe and charged to the fight. He stopped in his tracks and thought to himself "If I jump in, will it make a difference?" Leon just stold there and kept wondering if he should help. A few seconds later he looked up and decided to help Serchan defeat Methos.
Methos - November 12, 2007 09:11 PM (GMT)
The sharp points of the daggers dug into his flesh. He yanked forward, ripping them out. Better to have them out than in. He wheeled about and planted his heel into Serchan's chest. As he kicked off of it, he pivoted on the out streched leg, making him seemingly swing. At the end of the pivot he brought the other foot about and struck him in the ribs.
He landed on his feet and leaped back, dodging any counter attack. If he could not win with his usual flat out fight style, he would use gorilla warfare. As long as he kept away. He put his hands back to the piercing marks, feeling the cold, sticky blood. He really was dead.
Serchan Ravenfeeder - November 12, 2007 09:36 PM (GMT)
Serchan's side hurt because the kick that he recived from the Fallen Angel. Serchan could see that his daggers were not going to be neded. Methos fought mostly with out his sword. Serchan put his daggers away and lunged at Methos punching him in the face with enough force to send a large bear flying.
Methos - November 12, 2007 09:43 PM (GMT)
A crack. His jaw must have broken from the punch. He was sent flying back a little ways, sliding on the ground. Now he could really fight. He jammed his elbows into the ground, hard enough to send his flying at Serchan. His chest faced him and he was even with him. He tilted his weight back, sticking his legs out like spears. He landed firmly into Serchans chest, kicking off before he could be grabbed.
Leon - November 13, 2007 12:35 AM (GMT)
Leon could only think of the pain he would be in after this match. Leon lifted his kantana then ran at Methos. Leon jumped into the air and slashed Methos as he got close. He aimed for Methos' right leg, since he uses mostly his legs, then would after swing at his left arm. Leon was going to let them weaken each other then attack, but they were hardly even hurt each other and niether of them were getting weaker.
Methos - November 13, 2007 12:42 AM (GMT)
The mortal boy sliced him. He kicked out with his newly cut leg, catching him square in the chest. He grabbed out his sword and then rushed him. He cut him across the face and then hit im in the side with his leg. He turned his attention back to Serchan and his wounds.
The stab marks in his back were more painful now, throbing intensly. He winced as he streched his arm. He managed to get at one of his ribs. It was hard, but he could still use it.
'Theres one limb.' He thought. He hadn't had a fight this good in a long time.
Serchan Ravenfeeder - November 13, 2007 02:01 AM (GMT)
Methos' kick had sent Serchan back a few paces. "Damn he's good at that." Serchan muttered under his breath. Serchan saw Methos going for Leon's ribs and he decided to help the mortal. Serchan charged at Methos grabbing him by the shoulders and slamming him backwards to the ground. The wounded whoulders hitting first. "Leon watch yourself always keep that Katana in front of you unless your swinging. Don't make short chops either use circualr motins to swing they bring you back to your starting point and maximise damage because of increaced momentum." Serchan was backing away from Methos because he feard a rather powerfull counter attack. Methos was good at those.
Leon - November 13, 2007 02:13 AM (GMT)
Leon looked at Serchan and was grateful that he helped but he now felt useless. "Thanks! Yes sir!" Leon said then put up his kantana infront his eyes. Leon thought about the first fight he had when he used defense then make a counter, just like Methos has been doing. Leon walked next to Serchan and put up his kantana for defense. Leon wispered to Serchan "If I take the hits can you go in for the hits?"
Methos - November 13, 2007 02:18 AM (GMT)
He saw Leon get close to Serchan. Saying something he whispered into His ear. Methos took out his bow and ran at them, picking up speed quickly. He leapt at them, firing his bow at the katana. It jutted out of the way just as his feet were planted into both of them. He kicked off and landed in his feet again.
He punched Serchan in the chest with both of his fists, just as he had done before. He pulled out his sword and jumped back, clearing the distance between him and Leon. He ran up and swung his blade, vertical like from above at him.
Leon - November 13, 2007 02:33 AM (GMT)
Leon quickly did a back sprint while trying to grab Serchan. Instead of grabbing him to saftey, he missed and just fell on the ground. As methos got closer Leon hurried to get his hit. With no wepon in Leon's hand he swung wildly at Methos as fast as he could. Even though he missed all his swings it was the fact he tried counted.
Serchan Ravenfeeder - November 13, 2007 03:52 AM (GMT)
Methos' punch had a a double affect, one it sent Serchanflipping backwards, two it gave the Immortal the perfect oportunity to grab Leon's katana from the ground. Serchan knew Leon had no chance unless he did something and fast. Serchan looked at the katana in his hand and threw it at Methos aiming for his chest. "Do I have to save your ass every time?" Serchan asked jokingly as he hefted Leon to his feet. Serchan bent over and handed Leon his scythe "Here". Serchan took out his daggers and lept forward wings spread to max out the suprise effect. Serchan right leg spun around towards Methos' right soulder, he wanted to break this man.
Leon - November 15, 2007 03:57 PM (GMT)
Leon laughed as Serchan said "Do I have to save your ass every time?" Leon took his scythe back with a smile. "Thanks, and the answer is yes! You must always save my ass!" Leon said trying to make Serchan smile some so Serchan wouldn't be angry at Leon's crappy fighting skills. Leon put the scythe infront him, aiming for Methos, then started runing at him. Leon only wanted one hit on Methos and he would have been happy until his next fight.
Methos - November 21, 2007 06:01 PM (GMT)
He wasabout to end the mortal when something hit him. Serchan had thrown a sword into him. He hadn't realized, because he still attacked. He pulled it out with a sickening sqwelch and idly sent up his other hand to catch the foot that aimed at his right shoulder. He squezzed to foot, puched it hard into the socket and threw it away.
The blade out of his chest, he flicked his arm, sending the sword into the wall. The boy charged at him with his sythe and it was a careless move. He took his sword by the blade and hit the advancing mortal in the gut with the handle.
He straitened out and hopped back towards the wall, landing next to the hilt of the blade. He had managed to throw the sword hard enough to sink it all the way in the wall. He smiled and turned back to his enemys.
Serchan Ravenfeeder - November 22, 2007 07:17 PM (GMT)
Serchan watched Methos pull the sword from his back and realized that this fight would be harder than he thought. Seeing Methos jump towards the wall Serchan did the same, but landed on the wall behind the Fallen. jumping down and landing on top of Methos and driving his twin daggers into the Fallen Angels shoulders, dislocating them. Serchan rebounded from the Fallen and backflipped landing next to Leon. "Watch this one, he's stronger than I thought." Serchan warned the Mortal.
Methos - November 23, 2007 02:39 AM (GMT)
A slight pain jostled him. He felt the shoulder bone leave the socket, leaving his arms unusable. Of course, these types of things are never permanent. Slamming his shoulders against the walls, he forced them back into place, the sickening cracks echoing around.
"Bring it..." He said, smiling. He lunged forward, grabing out his bow and firing arrows. They slammed into the stone mortar all around the two combatants. He had not mean't to hit them. He just wanted to distract him. He sheathed his bow and pulled out his blade.
Jumping, he landed feet first into Leon's chest. He used him to change direction and jumped towards Serchan. The sword wound in his chest caught up, and his vision started to blur. He was still hit, head into Serchan's stomach.
He landed on the ground, vision clouded by dark spots, constantly moving.
Serchan Ravenfeeder - November 24, 2007 01:41 AM (GMT)
Knowing that Metho's arrows would not hit Serchan sttod wating for the real attack. When it came he was ready, The immortal braced one foot against the wall and moved down slightly so that, instead of Meths catching him in th stomach, he got hit in the chest. Hard enough to hurt for a second, but not enough to knock him off balance. "As you wish!" Serchan yelled as he lunged forward, punching Methos' face, chest, and stomach. All his movements were faster than most people could blink.
Methos - December 2, 2007 12:40 AM (GMT)
He was exaust. The blood was flowing freely out of his chest wound, saturating the sand at his feet. He grunted in pain as he felt contacts. White seering pain shot up in him. He would bring him down with him. He plunged his sword into the figure who had just been beating him.
He felt the sword meet resistance. He slipped the sword out and staggered to his feet. He was completly blind now, seeing nothing before him. Slight dots of vision came in but not enough. He back up to the wall and held his sword infront of him.
This was not a death match, but he would not give. Not yet.
Serchan Ravenfeeder - December 2, 2007 06:18 AM (GMT)
Serchan felt the blade slide between two plates of The Blood Of the Vengefull, and he laughed. A deep rich and demonic sound went to the skies and the Immortal grabbed Metho's hand that was wrapped around his blade. Yaking the Fallen closer to allow Serchan's hand to wrap around his neck, picking the fallen angel up was nothing hard to do. Nor was slamming him to the ground, the hard part for the Reaper was stopping himself from pulling a dagger from his back and cutting through Methos' neck. "Get up!"
Methos - December 3, 2007 02:14 AM (GMT)
That sweet sensation. Death. It started to take him away, coaxing him gently. He followed, walking towards the figure in the black robe. The skelatal hand almost looked inviting. He stopped. He had been here before. And he would be there again. He reeled away, using every muscle in his legs to stop himself. Now Death fadded, his vision came back and he was ready.
He kicked out multiple times. Two kicks in the groin, three in the chest, and finaly one in the the throat. He spun on his back to his feet, kicking him more, and then picked up his blade and brought the pomel down on Serchan's head. He kicked off from his chest and landed about mid field, ready for the next assault.
Serchan Ravenfeeder - December 3, 2007 02:22 AM (GMT)
One instant Methos was on the ground, the next he was lashing out at Serchan. Brief flashes of pain were all The Immortal knew, then he noticed the Fallen was waiting for him, so he ran. Serchan brought the flat part of Bastard's Retribution around aiming for Metho's head stopping the blade short The Immortal spun around and planted his foot on the side of the Fallen Angels skull.
