I have a problem i want to use a ritual spell card called Contract with the Abyss. I use it to some ohh say Dark Magician of 7 stars. the card says

QUOTE

This card is used to Ritual summon any dark moster You must also offer monsters from nthe field or your han whose total level stars of the ritual monster you are attempting to Ritual Summon.

can i sommon the dark magician if i offer a fiend magacyber of 6 stars and relinuished of one star form my hand? Can i still summon dark magician if i decard a blue eyes white dragon of 8 stars.
